In July 2023, the 10-meter anechoic chamber at the EMC Lab (formerly known as SEIWA EMC Technical Center) located within the headquarters factory in Joyo City, Kyoto Prefecture, received accreditation as an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 testing laboratory. This allows for a one-stop service from preliminary testing to the creation of EMC compliance test reports. In conjunction with this, we have started accepting applications for "EMC compliance testing" using the same facility. With a robust system supported by various countermeasure materials and experienced staff, we can conduct both preliminary tests and compliance tests in the same environment. We will construct a low-cost, highly reliable simple electromagnetic shielded room using a hybrid structure of a shield tent and a high-performance anechoic chamber.

This is a radio anechoic chamber capable of OTA testing from 500MHz to 100GHz. It features a shielded tent constructed as an external shielding space, with six-sided radio absorbers installed inside, creating a radio anechoic space. Previous shielded tents experienced fluctuations in the internal electromagnetic field distribution and multipath interference due to reflections, making stable measurements difficult, especially for customers seeking product evaluation through OTA.
